What is sent via the appointment form?
The request includes the contact number and reason for the visit, and may include the name, child's age, preferred day and time, and a short note. Please do not send sensitive medical reports or details in the note box.
How is the data used?
Appointment requests are saved within WordPress for the authorized clinic team to view and contact you to organize the visit. An alert may be sent to the clinic's email when a new request arrives. Submitting the application does not mean confirmation of the appointment.
Communication and external services
When you choose WhatsApp or open a map or video from an external service, your visit is subject to that service's settings and policy. You can use the contact secretarial instead of the appointment form.
Inquiries and retention period
The retention period for orders is set by the clinic settings; You can ask the reception about the approved period, request correction of contact information, or delete a request. You will revise this page whenever the way data is collected or used changes.
